User and requirements analysis

UA and UI design

We have extensive experience designing award-winning user interfaces (UI) and user assistance (UA). We have been developing user assistance (UA) for over 25 years, and we have managed, designed and developed hundreds of UA products, from user guides to P&Ps, help systems, and knowledge bases. We have also been developing user interfaces for over 15 years. We can help you prototype your potential UA and UI designs based on best practices and your company design standards, test the designs, and create them using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other web-based technologies. If you are developing your UA using Flare, we can setup your stylesheet, table styles, master pages, page layouts, skins, and templates in Flare and deliver a turn-key project for you to use for development.
